If your Apple item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, please contact KrisShop as soon as possible and provide:
- photos of the outer shipping box (all sides)
- photo of the shipping label
- photos of the item and the issue (damage / wrong model)
- your order number
We will review and advise next steps in line with Apple’s handling process.
