Flight Schedule and Airline Operator
Singapore Airlines: Pre-order service is available up to 24 hours before departure for flights departing from Singapore, and up to 72 hours for eligible flights returning to Singapore.
Scoot: Pre-order service is available up to 48 hours before departure for flights departing from Singapore, and up to 72 hours before departure for flights returning to Singapore.
If the flight is operated by a partner airline (codeshare), this service will also be unavailable.

Flight Scheduled More Than 60 Days in Advance
This service is available only for flights booked within 60 days of the departure date.

Booking Reference Provided by Travel Agent
Passengers who make reservations through Travel Agents are advised to verify the booking reference with Singapore Airlines or Scoot, as it may differ from the reference provided by the agent.

First Name and/or Last Name do not match or contain incorrect spelling.
Kindly review your confirmation email to verify that the details are accurate.

Group Bookings
Bookings with more than 10 passengers under the same reference number are not supported by the pre-order system.
