Pre-Order to Flight is a delivery method where orders placed will be delivered to you by the cabin crew at your seat onboard your Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight. To shop, you will need to have a valid booking reference from Singapore Airlines or Scoot.
Customers may place orders online up to 60 days in advance at www.krisshop.com. Please ensure that the shopping mode on the website is set to "Shop for Travellers"
For flights departing from Singapore, pre-orders must be placed at least 24 hrs before departure for Singapore Airlines flights and at least 48 hours before departure for Scoot flights.
For flights arriving into Singapore, pre-orders must be placed at least 72 hours before departure on both Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights.
