Yes, you may appoint another person to collect your inflight pre-order.
When placing your order, the system will ask you to provide the booking reference and the passenger’s first and last name before completing checkout.
Please note:

The KrisFlyer login used to place the order does not need to match the passenger’s booking reference.

After the order is placed, your order confirmation email will show the flight details entered, even if payment was made through your KrisShop account.

Please share the order confirmation email with the person collecting the item as proof of inflight delivery.
If there are changes to the flight details or travel plans, and a different passenger needs to collect the order, please contact the KrisShop Customer Experience team.
