KrisShop delivers worldwide however not all the items in our listing can be delivered overseas.
Singapore Local Delivery
KrisShop offers delivery services to addresses within Singapore. Orders placed for local delivery are subject to a 9% GST. Items categorized under the "Shop for Non-traveler" profile can be delivered to Singapore addresses. If you have traveled with Singapore Airlines or Scoot within the past 30 days, certain items in the "Shop for Traveler" profile may be purchased. Items designated with "Booking Reference" or "Traveler Exclusive" in this profile will require a booking reference from the last 30 days to qualify for delivery to a local address in Singapore.
Delivery of orders in Singapore may arrive separately as items fulfilled by vendors are directly delivered to our customers.
International Delivery
KrisShop facilitates deliveries to international addresses through a designated courier partner. While we offer international shipping, please be aware that not all items listed are eligible for overseas delivery. We kindly request that you refer to the product description on the selected listing for any applicable "shipping and delivery restrictions." Shipping costs, along with duties and taxes, are determined based on the items in your cart and the destination country for the order. Our system will calculate the shipping charges and import fees (duties and taxes) following the second step of the checkout process, where the delivery address is provided.
In the event that the system is unable to compute the shipping costs, the import fees will be settled through our courier partner prior to the arrangement of delivery. This will be indicated as borne on arrival in the checkout page as you complete the delivery address information.
