1. Items fulfilled by KrisShop
Tracking information is not displayed on our website or order confirmation email.
If you would like to know the delivery status, please submit a request to our Customer Experience Team here.
2. KrisShop Living (Vendor-Fulfilled Items)
These items are shipped directly by our vendors, and tracking is likewise not available online.
Our team can help retrieve the latest delivery update once you submit your request through the link above.
3. Apple Products
If your order includes Apple products, you can use the chatbot on the KrisShop website to check the latest order status.
Once the item is shipped, the chatbot will also display a tracking link to the courier’s website.
Please note that if you purchased different items in one order, they may be delivered in separate parcels and on different dates (multi-fulfillment).
