Approved Returns
We do not accept returns that have not been approved or authorized by KrisShop.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience Team and provide the necessary details (order number, item name, reason for return, and item photo if applicable).

Shipping Method:
Returns must be sent using a registered, trackable courier.
Ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase, within 30 days of delivery.

Refund/Exchange:
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund for its cost.
