If you’re not available to receive your delivery, here’s what you can do:
- Rescheduling:
- Your delivery may be automatically rescheduled to the next working day.
- Alternatively, you can contact the courier directly to arrange a new delivery date that suits you.
- Courier Reattempts:
- Different vendors may use different couriers, but typically, the courier will reattempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the warehouse.
To avoid missed deliveries, we recommend planning ahead and ensuring someone is available to receive your package.
