KrisShop is an Apple authorised retailer. Apple products are fulfilled and delivered via Apple’s appointed fulfilment and courier partners.
Once your Apple order is confirmed and submitted for fulfilment, it is final and generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
After confirmation, we do not support changes to:
- model/colour/specifications
- quantity
- delivery address/contact details
- delivery instructions (including redirection or authority to leave)
