Changes to order details
Changes to the model, colour, or specifications are not allowed after order confirmation.
If you need to update your delivery address or contact details, you may submit a request before dispatch.
Please note that address changes are not guaranteed once order processing has started.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations are not permitted after confirmation.
All Apple orders are considered final once confirmed.
Defective Apple products
If your Apple product is received defective, please proceed to any local AppleCare Support office to have your unit assessed.
An Apple Case ID is required for the AppleCare Support team to assist you further.

If AppleCare is not available at checkout, you may purchase AppleCare directly from Apple after receiving your device.
