SIA and PPS vouchers can be redeemed on:
Kris+ app
If you are logged in, vouchers issued to your account will automatically appear under “Vouchers and Promotion Codes.”
If you checked out as a guest, you will need to manually enter the voucher code.
If your voucher is not working, please refer to the possible error messages below.
🔎 Common Voucher Error Messages & Solutions
❌ SQ/PPS voucher is inactive
The voucher is no longer active in the system.
What to do:
Log in to your account at: https://www.singaporeair.com/manage-voucher.form to check the voucher status.
❌ Invalid Voucher Code
The voucher code entered is incorrect.
This usually happens when:
You entered the serial number instead of the voucher code.
🔹 Important:
The voucher code is found in the email PDF sent by the issuing party.
SIA service recovery vouchers usually have serial numbers starting with SR1000xxx
PPS vouchers usually have serial numbers starting with PP100xxxx
Always enter the voucher code, not the serial number.
❌ Login required to use the PPS voucher
You are checking out as a guest.
What to do:
Log in to your KrisFlyer/PPS account before proceeding to checkout.
❌ Please log in to the KrisFlyer account associated with this PPS voucher
The voucher is being used under a different account.
🔹 PPS vouchers are non-transferable.
You must log in to the same account the voucher was issued to.
❌ SQ/PPS voucher already redeemed
The voucher has already been used in a previous transaction.
It is no longer available for redemption.
❌ Update your billing email to match the one to which the SQ voucher was issued
The billing email entered does not match the voucher recipient email.
What to do:
Ensure the billing email at checkout matches the email that received the voucher.
❌ SQ/PPS voucher has expired
The voucher has passed its expiry date.
For extension requests:
Contact Singapore Airlines (for SIA vouchers)
Contact the PPS team (for PPS vouchers)
Extensions are subject to the issuer’s policy.
❌ Voucher payment is not allowed
The voucher cannot be used for this purchase.
This may happen if:
The item is part of a full-mile redemption promotion
The item is under KrisShop Spectacular Deals
The promotion excludes voucher usage
You may try redeeming the voucher after the promotion period ends.
