How do I redeem PPS or SQ vouchers?

You can redeem your PPS Club or Singapore Airlines (SQ) vouchers on:

• www.krisshop.com

• Kris+ app

🖥️ Redeeming on KrisShop.com

1. Add items to your shopping bag.

2. Click the shopping bag icon and select “Checkout.”

3. Under “Vouchers and Promotion Codes,” you will see vouchers issued under your account (if logged in).

   • If checking out as a guest, manually enter your voucher code.

   • Multiple vouchers may be selected to cover your cart amount.

4. Click “Apply.”

5. An OTP will be sent to the email linked to your KrisFlyer account for verification.

6. Complete your payment.

📱 Redeeming on Kris+ App

1. Add items to your shopping bag.

2. Proceed to Checkout.

3. Under “Vouchers and Promotion Codes,” manually enter the voucher code provided in the voucher email.

4. Click “Apply.”

5. Complete your purchase.

📌 Important Notes

✅ Email or KrisFlyer account must match

• You must log in using the same KrisFlyer account that received the voucher.

• If checking out as a guest, ensure the billing email address matches the email used to receive the voucher.

✅ Enter the correct code

• Enter the voucher code, not the serial number.

• Refer to the voucher email PDF to locate the correct voucher code.

• Singapore Airlines Service Recovery Vouchers (SIA SRV) can only be redeemed on KrisShop.com and are not supported on the Kris+ app.
