LAG (Liquids, Aerosols, and Gels) restrictions apply to all hand-carry luggage on flights departing from affected airports. These restrictions apply to both inflight purchases and pre-orders made through KrisShop.
All LAG items must be placed in sealed tamper-evident bags, with receipts clearly displayed inside. Without a tamper-evident bag, LAG items carried in hand-carry luggage will be confiscated at LAG-affected airports.
Important Notes
Pre-Order Purchases
- Two-Sector Flights: If you’re on a two-sector flight with a transit stop (e.g., Singapore to San Francisco via Hong Kong), pre-order purchases containing LAG items will be delivered on the second sector of your flight.
- Connecting Flights: If you have a connecting flight after flying with Singapore Airlines or Scoot, ensure that your connecting airport allows the carriage of LAG items. Pre-order purchases will be delivered inflight in sealed tamper-evident bags, with receipts clearly displayed inside.
Inflight Sales
- Transit or Transfer Passengers: Tamper-evident bags will be provided to transit or transfer passengers who purchase LAG items from KrisShop. Please check with the cabin crew for availability.
