No, if you have received an order confirmation number, changes cannot be made to the model or colour.
Successful orders will be notified through an email titled "Your iPhone pre-order is confirmed!" from krisshopcustomercare@krisshop.com, from 15 September 2026 onwards.
Kindly ensure that you select the correct model and colour when placing your order.
