If you do not meet the required qualifying spend for your current KrisShopper tier by the end of your tier validity period, your membership will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
Your new tier will be determined based on the total qualifying spend accumulated during your tier validity period.
How tier review works (example)
You qualified for the Icon tier on 5 July 2022.
Your Icon tier is valid from 5 July 2022 to 31 July 2023.
If your total qualifying spend during this period is below S$10,000, your tier will be recalculated based on your actual spend.
Your updated tier will take effect on 1 August 2023, following the end of the validity period.
